Where can I start, Charlie saved us during this holiday weekend. He is professional, informative, intelligent and very fair priced. If you want a honest, knowledgeable plumber that actually cares give him a try. We were stood up by another company and couldn't use our kitchen during this holiday weekend. Charlie answered, gave me options and kept me informed through the entire process and saved me money when he didn't have to. He took a lot of stress off my family and couldn't thank this guy enough. Thank you Charlie.

We are fortunate to have found Charlie! He is very kind and personable. He also has very reasonable prices! He was able to fit us in to his schedule the day after we called when hours of us trying to snake the shower drain didn't pan out. I ended up sprayed by a skunk this morning and am thankful he came out and got our drain cleared promptly. I am sooo looking forward to showering after my peroxide bath LOL but I just had to recommend him to everyone else first!-AB

We woke up to a break in a water pipe in our basement on a Saturday morning. A quick google search for plumbing repair lead us to contact Charlie. He was able to come the same day to repair the pipe. He is efficient, professional and has reasonable rates. Definitely recommend for plumbing needs!

Charlie is very knowledgeable, considerate, and thorough in his work. He figured out exactly what was wrong with my plumbing issues and went above and beyond to fix them at a very reasonable price. He's a true professional!

Charlie installed a replacement electric hot water tank for me. The job was done perfectly . He has an attention to detail and would not leave until hot water was flowing from the faucet. He works neatly and is respectful of his surroundings.

I called Charlie first thing in the morning when I realized my sink was not draining after having attempted to snake it myself. Charlie came over within a few hours to diagnose the problem and was very friendly and professional. After coming back with his equipment he was able to clear the blockage and at a MUCH more affordable price than what Roto Rooter quoted. He also gave a lot of helpful tips on plumbing maintenance to help us prevent future issues. I highly recommend Charlie and his quick service.

5pm while doing wash our guest bathroom tub and toilet suddenly started backing up with waste - it was awful and unexpected - our lovely bathroom flooded with ick! Charlie called us back promptly. He determined that our cesspool was full and overflowing when a large amount of wastewater was drained from the washing machine. We didn't even know where our septic tank was and he located it, dug it open, and called someone to come pump it out for us the next day. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - he will be our go-to plumber from now on. Thanks for fixing our nightmare!

Charles has done a few jobs for me. He's done exactly what I was looking for and did a great job on both projects. His work is reasonable and excellent. I highly recommend Charles for your plumbing and home repairs.
